1. High level talent category

（1） Zhongguancun High level Foreign Talents: Foreigners who meet the criteria for Zhongguancun High level Foreign Talents accreditation, such as enterprise executives or senior technicians, can apply for permanent residence of foreigners after the Zhongguancun Management Committee issues a letter of recommendation.

（2） Foreign high-level talents in the comprehensive pilot project of Beijing's service industry expansion and opening up: foreigners who meet the recognition criteria for foreign high-level talents stipulated in the Beijing "two districts" policy can apply for permanent residence of foreigners after the "two districts" leading group office issues a letter of recommendation.

This type of application has no restrictions on working hours, salary income, or personal income tax payment.

2. Foreign Doctoral Programs

Foreign talents with doctoral degrees who work in Beijing can directly apply for permanent residency in China to the exit and entry management department of the public security organs.

Their foreign spouse and minor children can apply together.

This type of application has no restrictions on working hours, salary income, or personal income tax payment.

3. Foreign Chinese nationals

Foreign Chinese who have worked continuously in Zhongguancun, Beijing for at least 4 years and have resided there for no less than 6 months each year, and have continuous tax records, can apply for permanent residency in China from the exit and entry management department of the public security organs.

Their foreign spouse and minor children can apply together.

Currently, only Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, and the Greater Bay Area (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Zhaoqing, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen) have convenient policies for Chinese permanent residency applications. There are no requirements or restrictions on salary income and personal income tax payment for this type of application.

4. Six times salary category

Foreigners working in Beijing, who have worked for 4 consecutive years, have actually lived for at least 6 months each year, and have annual wage income (before tax) of more than 840000 yuan for 4 consecutive years; Pay personal income tax not less than 20% of the annual wage income standard annually; After being recommended by the current work unit, you can apply for a permanent residence permit for foreigners.

Their foreign spouse and minor children can apply together.
